1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the betmet website located at betmet.club, including all associated pages, features, games, sports betting markets, and services offered by betmet (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any individual who interacts with the Platform in any capacity.

2 Eligibility

betmet reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of betmet services, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active betmet account. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods within the same household — is strictly prohibited. betmet's fraud detection systems actively monitor for duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betmet may consolidate balances, void bonus credits, and close all but one account at its sole discretion.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your betmet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betmet will never contact you by email, telephone, or live chat to request your password. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on betmet are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). betmet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. betmet does not impose a maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps.

Withdrawal Processing: betmet processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals that trigger additional KYC checks or fraud review may take longer. betmet applies no platform fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which betmet accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control. betmet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that cannot be matched to a prior deposit method.

Currency: betmet operates exclusively in ৳ BDT. Any attempt to deposit funds in a foreign currency will result in rejection of the transaction. betmet does not perform currency conversion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

betmet offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback arrangements, and seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL cricket promotions) from time to time. All betmet bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only. betmet reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion has a specific wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your betmet wallet until wagering requirements are met. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal processing.

Any player found to be exploiting, abusing, or "bonus hunting" — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting to meet rollover requirements, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have their bonus voided and may face permanent account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus or associated winnings that remain in your account after the stated expiry date will be automatically removed. Expiry periods are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• betmet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured at the stated terms.

6 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the betmet platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed and binding once betmet has issued a confirmation reference number. Bets placed during technical faults, errors in odds display, or system outages are subject to review and may be voided at betmet's discretion.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type and market and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. betmet reserves the right to change stake limits without prior notice.
• Obvious Errors: betmet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error, whether due to a human error, a technical fault, or a data feed issue from a third-party supplier. "Palpable error" voiding is a standard industry practice and does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and others — are governed by betmet's Sport-Specific Rules, available on the betmet platform. In cases of conflict between these general Terms and the Sport-Specific Rules, the Sport-Specific Rules shall prevail for sports betting matters.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by betmet's game providers. betmet does not influence game outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and displayed within the game information panel.
• Disconnections: betmet is not responsible for the loss of active bets or game sessions due to internet disconnections, device failures, or power outages on the player's side. Where a casino game session is interrupted due to a verified betmet server fault, betmet will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state.

7 Responsible Gaming

betmet is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity for adults. betmet provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps in ৳ BDT. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another individual in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with betmet games or betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting strategies in live casino, or match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or using betmet transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any betmet game or platform feature. Any player who discovers such a vulnerability must report it to betmet support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betmet staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to access betmet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, through the use of VPNs, proxy services, or other geo-masking technologies.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the betmet platform — including but not limited to the betmet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of betmet or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betmet platform solely for personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any betmet content or software without the express prior written consent of betmet.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit betmet's liability for death or personal injury caused by betmet's own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by betmet.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

betmet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a betmet account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the betmet Privacy Policy.
